Although not offered for sale, here is a look at our farm, home to Ocala Horse Properties and the International Event & Jumper Stables of Overlook Farm South. Situated in the heart of Ocala's beautiful horse country in the "Golden Corridor" is this spectacular 60-acre horse farm, Overlook Farm is home to Advanced-level Event Riders Sara & Eric Deirks, as well as resident Olympic International Show Jumper Sharn Wordley. With an open fence-line policy with the neighboring farm property of Olympic medalists David & Karen O'Connor, Overlook Farm has access to hundreds of acres to ride upon, as well as numerous riding and jumping arenas. The farm's history runs deep and the main barn was the mare barn of the renowned Wycombe House Stud. Legend has it, that more stakes-winning horses came out of this barn than any farm in the world. The history continues today as the farm was honored to host the 2008 Canadian Olympic Team & 2007 USA & Canadian Pan-American Teams. On a side note, Team USA won team gold with Karen O'Connor winning the individual gold medal aboard USEA horse of the year, Teddy. Included in the pictures are the main barn, main riding arena, front entrance and historic cottage (that serves as the Ocala Horse Properties Sales Office), as well as acres upon acres of beautiful pasture.
