Did all the right things to make our selling experience the best. One day last summer, Lisa and I met with Chris on our back porch. We talked about farms, markets, horses, and the Desinos. Impressed, but cautious, we gave Chris the listing. We were hopeful, but then again we read the news. Ten days later we had a signed contract. Two weeks later, Rob had completed all inspections, appraisals, and releases. We have bought, built, and sold more than a few homes and farms and in fact, I have been in the building industry for more than 30 years. Rob and Chris are bright, well spoken and did all the right things to make our selling experience the best. In fact, in about nine months, we would like to have Rob and Chris over to our back porch again.
