I am a real estate agent and I hired Ocala Horse Properties to sell my farm. Here is why…Yes, although I am a real estate agent and the obvious choice was to list the farm myself and save the commission, I decided to hire Ocala Horse Properties to sell my farm. I closely watched the market and it became clear that they sell the majority of farms. In my professional view, in this market, the only real chance I had at selling was to list with Ocala Horse Properties. Time is money, and I am not alone in my view. Did all the right things to make our selling experience the best. One day last summer, Lisa and I met with Chris on our back porch. We talked about farms, markets, horses, and the Desinos. Impressed, but cautious, we gave Chris the listing. We were hopeful, but then again we read the news. Ten days later we had a signed contract. Two weeks later, Rob had completed all inspections, appraisals, and releases. We have bought, built, and sold more than a few homes and farms and in fact, I have been in the building industry for more than 30 years. Rob and Chris are bright, well spoken and did all the right things to make our selling experience the best. In fact, in about nine months, we would like to have Rob and Chris over to our back porch again.
The entire selling experience with Rob and Chris was simply exceptional. ABOVE AND BEYOND! We bought our Ocala property via Chris and Rob a year and a half ago, and cannot express enough how thrilled we were with their dedication and professionalism to our satisfaction. Obviously buying the right farm for us was a very big decision, as not only is it our home, but our business; so we were very cautious about our decision. The Desinos took our requirements into consideration and did their utmost to find us the perfect location, then made sure the sale went through without a hitch. That alone would have been enough to make us happy, but the Desinos went above and beyond their job to help us find the right contractors that would help us complete our needs. They then stood behind their recommendations and ensured that we were happy with everyone involved even though it clearly wasn’t their problem to deal with.
