We Are Opening A New Office in Ocala!

We’ve said it before: Ocala’s popularity has grown steady year-after-year. This has been exciting to experience, and we have proactively adapted to the market for our buyers and sellers. Whether a buyer or a seller, we know that renovations and new builds have become all the more important as the popularity of our area has decreased the availability of fully equipped farms.

We have answered this call by developing a new, unique design services center within our new office located directly across from the Publix shopping center on Highway 27!

We also plan to keep our current office location, and this new space will help us expand the level of services that we offer our clients, including an extensive area for design services.

Whether designing from the ground up or renovating a farm, home or barn, this exciting new office will ensure that Ocala Horse Properties offers a unique boutique experience for new buyers coming to the area as well as sellers.

“Our office, which should be opening in March, will be more than just a real estate office,” he says. “In essence, it will be a one-stop shopping experience for anyone in the market for an Ocala luxury home or Ocala farm “ready to go”, or a property that needs some updating. We will be positioned to be able to assist our clients to add barns, arenas, gates, landscaping and even a home.”

This is something that Rob and Chris have done numerous times since 2008. “We know the ins and outs and can show our clients what they can do with the right people – they should have 100% confidence in building the farm of their dreams,” Chris says.
